I would suggest you check the condition of laser and pre exposure.

But I noticed that 2 gears were broken in the development drive assembly.
Could your problem be here?

Hello. Did you remove this developer unit assembly from behind the machine? Or did you conclude this by checking inside the machine? Does the machine have noise? How is the PG 10 sample? Does the individual color test have the same defect range?
