Good day guy i went to client today. Check the laser shutter i try do remove it so that it will totaly open but still yellow color didnot appear. I try single color to check if the drum and developer rotate i swap the drum with one who have dots and i appears it means that the drum and developer rotate. Icheck those coupling at they look good and they rotate without any grinding noise or sound. So im thinking maybe the issue is on the laser unit. I will try to swap it next time and update you guys on the result.

Definitely...Swap the black/cyan laser unit with the yellow/magenta...same laser assemblies. If deletion changes to black or cyan, it's the laser
Thanks canuck i will try it and update the result.

Hello,
Apart from the above suggestions, expect that any cause of disengagement between the yellow drum unit and its dev unit will give a blank yellow copy. I uphold my suspicion of the drum/dev unit so long as it occasionally comes out good. If you have already tried replacing both drum unit and dev unit with working ones and seen the results, try replacing the whole drum/dev unit assembly with a working one.
We hope you get round it!
You need to remember that Canon fixed the Dev Units with the new style Pin Coupler late C5o51 production and ALL C5200 have the updated Pin Coupler. Cant rule out a tech swap that you don't know about...IDK about compatibility either. This is a failed laser.
For update guys today i replace the laser unit and it solve the problem thank you all guys. Stay safe.
