IPR C800 cyan light lines

Dear,
I'm have a problem with the imagepress c800 cyan color, if I make one copy the image is perfect but if I make multiple copies light vertical lines appear on the image, the Drum and developer unit are new, any suggestions .
Note: where can I download the service manual for IPR c800.

This is a production machine best to only work on them if you are trained. Good to see a sample also what's the pm life's

attached a sample for the test print , I changed the drum blade but still the same problem.

Developer cyan is probably corrupt , lumps of toner or fluff inside, try filtering it through a sieve, try not to disperse it otherwise I will regret it
