Nationwide in Kansas lists the panel with limited repair and the LCD but the touch screen may be an issue. Also quite expensive

Yes, I believe so, IR Advanced 4545i. It is white.

Top screen is included with the top white cover if the lcd under the top screen looks damaged you may be ok as the lcd is the expensive part. But the only way to know is to remove top panel
