Is there a broken plastic piece of the toner in that pic?

Hi Guys,

Checked out the Canon yesterday and i'm guessing the cyan hopper is Knackered.

Is there a broken plastic piece of the toner in that pic?

Not that i could see but the ring that holds/locks the toner is broken. So when a toner is fitted the mech is trying to do it job but it cant locate the toner and its not held it the correct place.
