Canon DRG2110 constant paper jam Error code P000

    Hi,
I have been using Canon DRG2110 for a bout 4 month now recently I have been getting this constant error P000 (paper jammed in scanner) after blowing with compressed air it clear and after a few scans it comes again. I opened the scanner and cleaned the sensors but the scanner works for a while and reverts back to the same error. Please advise and is their a service tool for Canon DRG2110 please share. At the moment I am contemplating replacing the sensors.
Your feedback will be highly appreciated.

Changing the feed kit didn't change much, the error happens just after commanding scan and the paper is still in the input tray.
After diagnosing with the service tool, this is the sensor area screen shot. Does it imply I need to replace these sensors?

P000 - "Document detected in feed path before scanning"
This is a "residual" jam at power on condition. If there's no paper present in the feed path, then you probably have a faulty paper sensor. Running the service tool should help you find the offending sensor and correct the issue.
Ordinarily, all jams clear upon removal of the jammed paper. In this case, the scanner detected the presence of paper somewhere in the feed path at power on. if there's no paper anywhere in the feed path, look for torn scraps at various sensor arms, then check to if you have a hung sensor arm or faulty sensor.

Could be at the paper exit sensor sensor. I have seen paper lint and dust almost an inch thick in that area. It is amazing that machine will still feed at all it is so thick.

The most effective way to check the sensors is with the DR-Unification tool. Once in the tool, select the motor/Sensor tab and you will see an image of the inside of the scanner.

Move across the tabs above the image of the scanner to see other sensors.
The Orange indicator shows which sensor is blocked.

    Good Luck.
