iR Adv C3325i firmware needed

Hey troops,

I have a tech in another state with an iR Advance C3325i that just popped a 602 error. I have a hard drive I can ship to him, but my laptop that had all my Canon firmware went belly-up...and I no longer have an active eSupport ID.

Is it possible to have someone send me a dropbox link to download the USB version of the file?

You know you can't send any shop bought hdd if you sending him one it needs to from the same series copier with will already have the system software installed on it

I had the error e748-2010, after disconnecting the hdd I now have the error
E602-0001
I can enter the sage mode

It shows it has
Mncon(Std):
Mncon(Safe): 06.32
Dcon : 07.03


Is there any tutorial how to set up a new hdd?
Thanks for your help in advance. And how to make a sst connection? Do I need to use a crossed cable or can I also use a non crossed cable with a switch?
