Good morning family

i have a problem with the 2018 ir machine its having a paper jam between the tray and the sensor . That is half in tray and half on the sensor before the fuser unit. Have changed the clutch but the problem still there. Sometimes it does the miss feed .

What could be the problem ?

may be the flag register sensor doesn t work right, it happens to me once it was too short becuse of the use
