    iRA 6055

    Hello,

    Does anyone know what the problem is? I changed: Drum cleaning blade, pre and primary corona and developing assembly, but problem is not solved. Maybe some parts is not working properly?Problem.pdf First page is every time is OK but next pages not.Problem.pdf

    I suggest you polish the surface of the drum and clean inside the laser group.

    What is the life of the drum? if it is over 1 million you can polish it with Brasso & cotton wool.

    I know you replaced the developing assembly but check the brass contacts on the top. I have had to bend those up to make proper contact. Also make sure they’re clean

    Replace the complete main charge assembly, run 200 prints and charge issue should resolve itself.

    Guess it depends how it is read, could be rewired main and pre transfer plus dev unit. Could be used units installed.

    Have you tried disabling the potential control ?

    Have you checked the electrical drum mass?
