From the look at your copies, there is no constant flow of current from the HVT board(pcb).
I would suggest you look at the HVT board for possible dry contacts basing on the number of
copies your machine has made.
Secondly the connector of the blank lamps.
When you perform a test print from the copier does the copy still give varriations in print?
If so look at the factors above
At the moment I have a lot of jobs and don't have time for repair. I ordered all new parts again because I have 4 same machine(parts is always needed ) and next week I try to change parts by parts and again check PCB. I post results here when I finish. Again, thanks for your advice guys.
There is no stupid question, just stupid answer
Hello,
I dont know if you fixed the problem or still.
The issue seems from the Etb assembly ( the text is being reprinted ), better change brush and the blade first with cleaning the etb assembly rollers , if not solved you can try the belt also.
For the top issue if its not solved along with the above parts , it could be related to the drum since it looks like the drum surface.
It looks like charge to me
Also machine rotates toner bottle.
The part that has the crack is Stopper, bottle link inner door (FCB-4692-000). cAN IT CAUSE THE PROBLEM?
If issue is ghost araund letter, it can be bad toner... clean dev units, use OEM toner and see difference.
What is the situation of the cleaning web and the upper fixing roller? Expect this output if the web is dirty or not cleaning. The fact that the problem occurs at the trailing part of the copy seems to imply a particular area of the drum can cause this too. So my suspicions are the drum and the fixing roller.
Check if your pre-exposure LED is coming on. It's mounted in the cleaner blade assembly. It's connector is the one that you disconnect to remove the cleaner blade assembly. Probably forgot to plug it back in.
