E350 / E355 Error Codes:
E355-004 denotes a mismatch of the three serial numbers items: Serial Number pcb, MNCON pcb, and Counter Memory pcb.

*NOTE 1: For any of these error codes, do not swap any PCB's from any other machine. Doing so may render both machines unrecoverable.
*NOTE 2: Do not use any of the User Mode or Service Mode clears when encountering these error codes. Executing the Service Mode or User Mode clears may render the machine unrecoverable.


MUST HAVE correct MAIN 1 in model. & Correct Counter/ Ser # pcb in orig printer.
put all pcb's back into orig printer removed from.
+ Never move the SATA-FLASH PCB from one machine to another.
CAUTION:
The second-hand FLASH PCB cannot be used in another machine.
If the FLASH PCB is moved to another machine an E748-9xxx will be displayed.
By installing the FLASH PCB into another machine and turning on the power, the machine specific information will be written in the PCB automatically.


E355-0004 may be cleared in Service Mode Level 3>COPIER>FUNCTION>CLEAR>E355.
One can access Service Mode Level 3 by entering Service Mode Level 1> then press Settings & Registration> 1&9 simultaneously>Settings & Registration> 3 on the key pad.
