How to prepare for transport? Its an old machine so servicetech is not an alternative as they are more expensive than the machinevalue.
It also have booklet finisher and hole puncher, how to remove that?

How you move the machine depends on how far, up stairs, using an elevator etc?
Here's how to remove the finisher.

It will be moved to another building with a trailer.
Have looked in the service manual but do not find anything specific about moving. whether drums, tonerbottle or similar must be removed and if any transport locks inside.
There is nothing specific you need to remove or unlock.
However I remove the process unit, DF & fuser to reduce weight. I have even taken the scanner off to make it easier to carry up 3 flight of stairs.
Just remove the finisher & keep it upright while transporting & try not to crush in when strapping in.
