Canon IR Adv C5250 taking a while to process a print job

Hello,
Canon IR Adv C5250, is taking a while to process a print job
I replaced, DC Controller 1 and 2, HD and still has the same problem.
it's happening with Test page, Pdf, Word any print job. I used IP, I connected a Laptop with a crossover cable and i have the same problem.
Can you provide any suggestions.

what are they trying to print?

if it's a PDF have they flattened it?

does it have a bunch of photos/borders?

how many pages to the file?

what program are they using to print the file?

why start swapping parts without finding out the above details?

are you sure it's not a network problem?

have you pinged the server to see if there are lost packets?

what driver are they using?

WSD port or IP addy?

so many questions .... so little information.

WELL IT'S REALLY GREAT WE HAVE TO PULL TEETH TO GET THAT FUCKING INFORMATION... When you call canon for their help do you omit telling them THAT?

What did you replace multiple parts at great expense before simply using the correct driver & updating the SSW?
