Have you been using oem drums or rebuilding the old ones

i have had a couple of these do this. all of mine where the drum unit cover wasnt fully closed. we just open and close it. but i am guessing you have already tried that?

I have same question, the printer work fine but I have error Cannot recognize the drum. Drum is aftermatket.
