Canon Image Runner 4245 Jamming

I have a customer with a canon ir4245 that is jamming when duplexing. Single sided prints are fine. After the jam there is always paper sitting mostly in the No 2 delivery assembly and just a bit would have been in the duplexing guide assembly. The jam code is: 00 010D DELAY S7 Duplex feed sensor

Any thoughts on why and how to fix?

There is a belt in the 3 way unit that may have popped off. If you pull the unit it should be easy to see.

I forgot to add a lot of times a piece of paper will be sitting in between the adf assembly and the output bin. Not sure how it gets there. Is the 3 way unit the internal finisher??

No. It’s above the right side door. Should be 4 screws and a connector.

Look in the area could be dirty sensor

So I replaced the entire right door and still jamming when duplexing. Any other thoughts??

problem solve by replace inner two tray (belt came out only)but problem solve with helping from many fren Thank's guy
