Only LED green light on iRC ADVANCE 2020i

HI

I have a machine irc ADVANCE 2020I only led green light is on in the panel control, panel is totally black you cannot see the bar, only you can listen any fan running all the rest of the machine does not move

does anyone know the problem?

it happens the same in a irc 3580 and it was the main controller finally

Try removing the memory and boot dimm reinsert it after cleaning the contacts, also interfaces and option cards. Also check the pcb fuses. Lastly, the controller board or power supply board is probably faulty.

I removed the memory an boot dimm and reinser it after cleaning the contacts but it does not work .....

i am gonig to replaced the power supply first, if it doesn t work I ll replace the controller board but

in this machine there is 2 controller board, the manin controller pcb1 and main controller pcb 2, which one should be replaced first ?

A tip, if you have to buy new boards it doesn't suit you, find a cheap used machine and replace the boards.

All the best

before replacing ANY board get out your manual and multimeter test the voltages coming in and out of the LVPS ... then test for continuity of the harnesses if the LVPS tests good.
