    Consistent jamming until restart

    Dears:
    We face problem with our canon imagepress 6011
    Sometimes when jamming accour we remove that paper had jammed but machine appear that there is jamming consistent
    We must restart the machine to continue our job which may result in missing to keep the job.

    Why is paper size "user" in cassette?
