Canon IR-6055 E-0060 Code?

Have a 6055 with A E-0060 Code which shows as Primary corona issue. Tried resetting in service mode but just comes back. Primary unit looks okay. Any ideas before I order a new corona unit? Thanks for any and all help!

It may be a problem with the shutter on the primary. I had that and had to replace the little brass piece that rides in the worm gear

Thanks for the info. I have a new primary assembly coming. Would you by chance have the part # for the sensor? I do not have a parts manual for the 6055. Thanks again for your help.

Replace the primary home position sensor. I have had a few that failed

I ordered a new sensor. I opened the fan door for access and only see one sensor that is located on the bottom right side of the door. It does not look like it has to do with the primary corona. I went ahead and replaced this senor but still have the E-060 code. Any other suggestions? I also have a new primary corona coming. Thanks again for the help.

I've never replaced it but if it's a wire cleaner home position sensor it would be above the charge corona.

Nothing above or around the upper primary corona. The lower pre cond corona has a sensor which is the one i replaced.
