Canon imagepress c800 jam

We are having a problem with our Ip c800 , it keeps jam at B1 area , jam code 0115 - ps35 delay , i clean all the rolls now I'm getting code 011c but the jam at the same area, i cleaned all the sensors and tested it all, if you make copy with face up no problem from any deck but when you print or if you print a color chart it jam from all paper trays.

Hello ,

Since there is no issues when printing faceup then it is an issue with the turn path , remove the reverse door and clean all the rubber rollers and check all the followers if there are not cracked and turning smoothly .

mainly this issue occurs either when the sheet is slipping or being slowed by an obstacle.
