    Touch Screen issues with IR4525iii

    Canon touch pad on this jumps to the next selection when you select choice, for example when you press home key, personal settings highlights. Can this be fixed in service mode ? If so where, as this may be a calibration bug

    You can try to calibrate the touchscreen in service mode Copier>Function>Panel>Touchchk a series of * marks appear on the screen touch them with a stylus to calibrate.

    if you can't because the touch is too out of adjustment try this:
    enter service mode and press button 5 3 times.
    Then press the crosses on the display and make calibration

    clean dirt out from around the edges of the touch panel first
