Image Tilts on Both Printed and Copied- IRAD5030

    Hello,
I've been having a situation with an IRADV 5030 I'm working on. Copies tilts kind of diagonally. I earlier worked on cleaning the laser units. I felt I might have caused the error whilst assembling them. So I removed and fix them again. As I tried reading the service manual I have not been able to find any adjustment that deals with an error like that.
Has anyone ever solved a kind of error like that?
Kindly share your suggestions out of your experiences.

I have attached copies of the output. The arrows show where the tilt occur. This appeared on copies made on landscape orientation. It is not so visible with portrait ones.

    Thanks in advance!

OK first, does this skew happen only when photocopying or also when printing?

Assuming the image was aligned properly before you removed the laser unit, and that's all you did, I suppose you didn't reinstall the laser unit correctly. That would be my guess.

Run a copy and print in both orientations ( portrait, then landscape). Be sure to use different paper drawers as it could be as simple as worn rolls testing from the same drawer. If different orientations and paper sources show the same skew, the laser is not aligned properly.

Failing to plan is planning to fail!!!

Initially, that is how I felt. But the laser unit has a definite way it fixes. There are raised areas at the base that fix into exact holes. Once I had all of them evenly fixed into the holes, I thought I fixed them right. I wish there is another culprit I'll need to attack on it.
Thanks for the suggestion all the same.

Agree with Billy, review this step of laser install.

Thanks! I will work that out as soon as I get there. I will be back with a feedback.

That model has 2 laser units one for yellow and magenta and one for Black and cyan, they would both have to be misaligned exactly the same to cause that or you would have major color reg issues. something is tweeking the paper as it is going thru, I had a 5550 a while back that had a small label stuck to the reg roller it changed the tension on one side just enough to twist the paper on the way thru.

After looking at 3rd sample, there is a void line that is skewed...therefore it is a paper skew.
