Dislikes: A customer at some point changed the default password and now doesn't remember what they changed it
to. In Service mode function>clear it does not give you the pwd option like other Canon's do.

I dont know the details or which password you are after. There is a clear all. then its a good time to install updated firmware. All of the setting go back to factory defaults.
COPIER>FUNCTION>CLEAR>ALL
