    Canon IR AdV 8295 HDD

I have a Canon IR ADV 8295 that gives intermittent HDD error E602-0111. It does reset and work for a while but I want to replace the hard drive. Does anyone know if this one is able to be cloned? I noticed a few threads that said some newer machines will give an error of you clone. Thanks for the help( I do have the manual, but I am mainly a Kyocera tech)

Not really a good idea to clone a failing drive you may end up cloning corrupted software.

Take the model number off your HDD & order an identical type then reload the SSW.

Don't know if this machine has the scandisk function 1&9. You can try that to see if it will repair the drive then clone it. But in some cases running the scandisk utility may crash the drive, never had it happen but that is always the first time.
