    counter report

    Hi to all!

Maybe someone has figured out how to print a complete counter (all counters) like P-print or similar. I need it on IPC-750.Thanks.

    Re: counter report

As far as I know, it is not possible to print all counters reports

If the machine is connected to eMaintenance service, by connecting with your mobile phone and launching the eMaintenance for Mobile APP, you can view all the counters.

So if the plotter won't print, and it's not on a network to view the web interface, you'll have to stand in front of the machine, and browse the menu. If it comes up in error, you can still boot in service mode, then browse the menu.

You could connect to your laptop, then browse the web interface. I've done this before when the display was unreadable. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

    Thanks D.

It's proffesional laser printer with rip.Not a ploter.
The customer does not have a network with internet access so I cannot look through e-maintenance for monthly bill.
The classic counter does not have a banner1300mm counter.

To enable the banner set the following item in the assistance modes: Lev2 COPIER>OPTION>USER>MF-LG-ST = 1
The format sizes that can be set by by-pass go from 98-457 to 98-1200
Enable in service modes COPIER>OPTION>USER the counters
    471 - long format
    472 - full colour banner
    473 - B/W banner
    474 - mono colour banner

    Sorry, I mis-read IPC as IPF. =^..^=
