I have an irc 2020 with intermitent error irc e025-000

the density yellow is right near 0 (-080) and the yellow color is ok, tough the drum yellow drum life is 90 per cent

I replaced yellow bottle toner because it was nearly fisnished, and I cleared dc con, it must be said before restored the dc con data, the e025 error always appeared, when i restored the dc con data, the error is intermitent again

does any one knows the problem?

Title : E025-0000 Error Code

Problem : Machine will not come to ready and an E025-0000 code is displayed. Solution : Cleaning PS6 (Toner Supply Sensor) resolved the E025-0000 code. PS6 is located on the left side of the machine behind the laser.

• Code: E025-0000
• Description:Toner Supply Motor (Y) lock detection
  Failed to detect rotation after turning ON the motor.
• Remedy:Possible cause: overload with the motor or motor failure 1. Check conduction with FU2 on the DC Controller PCB (UN09) 2. Check the harness/connector between the DC Controller PCB (UN09/ J23) and PS06. 3. Replace the DC Controller PCB (UN09) Check the harness toward the sensor 4. Check the Hopper Unit (Y) 5. Replace the Hopper Unit (Y).

Were you able to resolve this? I have a customer with E025-0100 on same model.

I Replaced the Hopper Unit (Y) 3 three days ago and there is no e025 code error for now
