    Canon IRA C2225 Will Not Feed From Tray 1

    Hi Guys!
    I have a Canon IRA C2225 that will not feed from tray 1...Tray 2 and by-pass will feed and tray 1 lifts up - paper goes to feed and says jam (also has new feed wheels/rollers)
    Any ideas?

    Make sure you have the right C22XX Cassette one separation roller assembly, and verify that it's mounted correctly. I would also recommend replacing all the rollers at once.
