Print heads not Recognized-------------this is all that's left.

Procedure when replacing Flex Cable
a) Replace the flex cable, with no print heads installed power up in service mode.
b) When the printer comes to a ready state then power down and power up in user mode still no print heads installed.
c) Wait until the printer asks for the print heads to install them.

In this case replacing the flex cable (QM3-7033-000) resolved the issue.
