    Canon c1325if

    Guys am at a client. They have a canon image runner c1325if which has a false paper jam error. I have cleaned a all roller and paper pathway. Have manually rotated the pick up rollers as advised. Checked all sensors and they are ok. What can i try out please

    Are we to guess what jam it displayed or has logged in service mode?
