That looks more like a developer problem to me.

Blured line and letters near to it. Does this line repeats at same interval. If so measure the distance.

Rebuilding the drum won't help & I bet you only replaced the fuser film not the film assembly, again not helping as you have to apply the correct amount of grease to the heat element.

already change with other developer but same problem..
everytime same problem.. don't know how to solve
I've another same model machine & use compatible toner too but those machine doesn't have this problem.. Example i have 10 machine only 2 maybe come with this problem
Some compatible toner is inconsistent from batch to batch even though it's from the same company. Just saying....
Inconsistency due to lack of proper quality control is always a potential problem with aftermarket supplies.
