Hi everyone, I facing a printing and photostat quality problem. Primary charging already change the corona Wire, and sub charging also. But still poor quality. Anyone can advise and suggest t what should I do. Thank you very many. I also attach the problem copy. wx_camera_1604129949543.jpg

In service mode level 1 changed COPIER>ADJUST>HV-PRI>PRI-GRID to 0. Next in service mode level 1 changed COPIER>FUNCTION>DPC>DPC to 1. Then turned the main power OFF and ON (potential control is executed at startup). All copy quality was good after the power cycle.

HAve you cleaned optics?

Thank you for u reply. I did all the setting but still the same. I mention that when I set to 'text'. The output quality is OK normal. I can't ever use the'text photo' or 'photo' setting. Result will get poor quality print out. Have any idea?

What's the pm part list are you using oem toner

I am using third party toner. I got 2 machine using the same toner. 8295 no have any problem but 8285 got this kind of problem. May be some setting or hardware problem? Somebody can help? Thank you.

sounds like a toner issue to me.

It worked for me:

1. service mode aditional fuction *28/ copier / options / fnc-sw / po-cnt / valor 0

2. Level 2

copier / options / fnc-sw / po-cnt / valor 2

3. then we go back to level 1

copier / adjust / develop / bias / valor 200
