Dislikes: As the title states, the only time it jams is when printing full color letter size prints. Ledger prints okay. One work around we found is by changing the layout of the paper in the tray from portrait to landscape. Any ideas?

What jam codes are you getting ? Are the prints full coverage or text ?
If jamming in the fuser it's probably the fuser film assemblyOriginally Posted by thinkink

The page only jams when printing full coverage letter. Ledger is okay anything from text to full coverage. When switching the paper feed from portrait to landscape in the drawer, that also printing okay full coverage on letter size
What does the lead edge void look like? Try increasing it.
