Drum counter on imagepress c 710

    Hi everybody,

On an imagepress c710,I am having a hard time resetting the drum counter after having replaced them.According to service manual, this should happen automatically with new drums but this is not the case.

Has anybody ever encountered this issue? i would greatly appreciate if someone have the solution.

    Take care.

In service mode go to situation>parts replacement.
If you follow step-by-step instructions, the drum will reset.
