Canon iRA4251 Newer Mac OS.. Cant Print now?

The ira4251 was introduced in 10/2013 and discontinued in May 2016. It was replaced by the ira45551 in 2016.

Big Sur was only introduced in Nov 2020.

If you can find a print driver that works with iOS 10.15 Catalina, good chance the print driver will work.

Otherwise, the customer will have to roll back the iOS version to one that works with the ira4251 or replace the copier.

Does the Canon have the optional postscript kit?
Being able to see it but no output sounds like a missing PDL.

IIRC you can install UFRII on a mac.

Guetenprint drivers is another option.
