does anyone have a electronic service manual ESM or a pdf of the service manual? I think we are going to upgrade from our old C7000vp we have been running for years. Just too much service on that system. I have heard that the C700/ C800 is much more reliable and easier to service. Thanks

thanks . does anyone know about alternative parts for these. i have heard that some drums etc are the same as the Canon Advanced c7570i GPR-56 what about any other items like toner, ITB, etc? thanks
