Printing from Mailbox question

I have a C5540. The print job, B/W, is sent to the mailbox. When printing this job from the mailbox, it only allows you to print in color. All other selections are greyed out. Using a Mac to send document to mailbox and it has been defaulted to B/W

Has anyone ran into this?

1) Press [Show All] on the copier's display.

2) Press [Scan & Store].

3) Press [Mailbox] and select your mailbox.
4) Press [Scan].
5) Select your settings for ex.Color or Black and White.
6) Highlight the Silver Box with the red stripe on the top right and select Change Default Settings
7) Select Register
8) Select Yes.
