Hello, i hope i can get here some help which information i must save or backup before i replace the HDD in the copier.
As before the HDD died in the Imagepass c1 i now want replace the hdd in the copier before it goes dead too.
Who can tell me what should i do before replace hdd and install new system software.

You are going to need a canon compatible HDD, Canon SST and firmware for the machine loaded on a laptop. Once finished, you will have to reconfigure your device for use with the imagepass and any other functions you have setup.
Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.

Does someone have the german version of the Systemsoftware for the CLC 3220. I have only english version. I wish to replace HDD and make new install so i need the german languagefiles.
