it looks like failure in the HDD connection or the HDD itself. Press *28* (Press 2 and 8 together)--COPIER--DISPLAY--ERROR. Among the history of errors, you'll find the most recent on top. Tap on it to select. Below at the bottom, there is a green info button, tap on it. Tap on on the displayed error message to get a clue or a list of suggestions.
