Canon MX922 copy quality

Have a customer that has a MX922 that is leaving streaks on the pages. It has enough ink and cleaned the print head and did the nozzle check. Looking at replacing the printhead next? You can see line going thru the both C's, M's, Y and the BK. I have cleaned under the print head thinking that something was rubbing as it prints.
