C5240A Color and black drum specs along the top and bottom

This is the second take over machine I have run into this problem with less than 10k on the color meter and less than 45 on the black meter.
The drums have a new or newish appearance.

On the first machine I did not buy that the drums were defective. I put them in a different machine and they have been working just fine for over a year. Maybe they were not setup properly. The specs have an appearance of bursting toner but do repeat like a drum pit! I was amazed when they all disappeared in the other machine. Before I work on this anymore I thought I would post this experience.

what is the count on the dev units

Genuine OEM toner or compatible

is the machine clean?

what is the condition of the belt cleaner?

how many pages on it.

Machine is Lab room clean All Genuine toners.

After scrubbing the drum primary rollers. Ran a tp 10 and found traces of cyan and magenta throughout again.

Because the drums look like they are new I was hoping to find a reason. I also " Washed" the drum surface with alco. The specs causing the problem are on the charge roller and are not going away. Maybe heat, storage and age played a factor here. New Drums are going in.

I don't think the mileage is genuine seems a bit low possible been clocked replace the drums with oem units
