Strange Symptoms with CLC 3220

Hello everybody, i need your help.

my copier have strange symptoms.
It started with the fact that double-sided copying via the ADF no longer worked. As soon as the copier started copying, it went into error and the touch panel was empty. One-sided copies still worked. Likewise, scanning and printing from the PC. Now you can neither copy from the glass nor print. Every time the copier starts, it stops and the touch panel is then empty. You can see the backlight, but it no longer reacts to touch or buttons.

any ideas?

Hello, sorry for long time to answer you. I was too busy with other things last weeks.

i reseat the dimms and boot rom... but problem still strange.. i can make a couple of copies the copier stops... i don´t know what to do.
anybody here which can help me?

When the HDD is failing you get weird issues like this.

Try formatting the HDD then reloading the SSW using the SST.

Well only the ip address but thats simple to re enter.
