Better for you to post actual jam code.
IBM, Mita, Konica Minolta, Ricoh, Kyocera, HyPAS, Canon, Oce, Samsung, HP, TEO IP PBX/Unified Communications, Comptia Network+ Comptia PDI+ Certifications
could be a defective sensor...
bad/worn feed/transport rollers
do you have a service manual?

What I have done so far:
Ii have cleaned all sensors
I have done part chk test
I have clear jam history
Step 1 switch off the machine
Step 2 open front door
Step 3 pool out transport system and switch on machine
step4 After the machine boot follow prompts of the machine as you watch what the machine demands you to do
step5 upon putting back the prompts as the machine demands, close the front door and observe what the machine says
NOTE:If there is a jam immediately after putting back the transport system, then just change the registration sensor.
