I have a problem with my Canon c5235i stucks on loading screen!!!

Hello everyone!

I have a problem with my Canon c5235i stucks on loading screen and it doesent bootup to the system.
I have to turn it off and turn it on again like 30 times to power this machine.I have tried to remove the hdd and plug it again and it worked the hole day but when i tried it again to power off and on its stuck on the same process.do i have to replace the hdd to clone it to another hdd or its some board problem?

Yes sounds like the HDD is failing but I would start by formatting the HDD & reloading the firmware via the SST.

I have downloaded the sst and i know the hole process to do it but i have difficulties trying to find the firmware since in the official canon site is missing and can't find it anywhere else can you pls help me?
