How to print A4 and A5 counter on Canon Imagerunner Advance 400i / 500i

    Hello,
I need to see/print detailed counter report of A4 and A5 pages.
I have rented a Canon IRA 400i in to a client that prints A4 and A5 and I need to charge separately per page. But the copier only gives me (from the 123 button) the following counter reports:

    113 Total (Black/Small)
    101 Total 1
    102 Total 2
    109 Total (Black 2)
all are the same count no.

If I enter Service Menu - Mode List - Copier - Option - User, I see that I can add values from 0~999 to COUNTER4 and COUNTER5
Does anyone know which values I should enter to have A4 and A5 counter reports here?
Or does anyone have another idea how I could charge separately A4 and A5 pages?
I need to do this monthly and I need to give a copy to the client.

    Thank you!

There is no counter for A5.There is "small" and "large" counter.Small is A4 and smaller. If you won't you can count 2xA5=A4 but you can't see that on counter report.

If you want something done right, you have to do it yourself
