Not able to take more than one copy

Dear all,
my customer facing a problem in Canon IR2525 machine he is not able to take more than one copy at a time, I have changed the ram and cleared all ram options also then also not able to solve the issue.
It’s showing “set for 1 page or less”

but did you try to execute data

I guess you get 2nd hand machine from somewhere and it's been setup before

try to do like clear error but user data

after clear maybe u will have to setting mode for user and ip and many thing again but maybe your ploblem fix
