Hi all, got a call to attend the Copier with error code e000732-0023. Canon advance Ir c3720i. Tried to reset but no joy. Please advise on what i can handle this matter.

you can bkup readers values in service mode
and you can restore the values in service mode
clear reader controller in technical service

did you look in the service manual?

do you HAVE the service manual?

Canon like Xerox, you need the service manual to service manual to preform service on them.

hi,

According to the service manual,the MN-con pcb is the culprit.
On these new Dx models,you should never,never swap Mn-con pcb with other machine.you should always put on new pcb.

I did encounter once with E0732-0023 code;in this case,the power supply board was faulty.

So, i would suggest you try ,first,to replace the power supply board before replacing the Mn-con pcb.
