Canon iR1025n Excellent copies, washed out prints

Canon iR1025n, As a copier produces very good copies, dark blacks, but as a printer you get poor solids
greyish text, I have selected different adjustments in the properties box (quality adjustments) but to
no avail. Drum is new, I also changed charge roller (new) too, toner is OEM, machine has been cleaned, laser too, fuser new,
as I said copies are 100% OK.

    Have you had something similar?

Make sure "toner saver" is not "checked" in the driver. Check settings on copier in "printer settings"(density, etc).Windows test page light? What driver are you using? If it's Generic Plus UFR, make sure you get device status. If Windows page is ok, look into settings in app/program you're printing from(Word,Excel, etc).
