IR 2530 Scan Lamp does not come on.

IR 2530 scanning lamp does not light upon scanning. even at power on start up or initialize at power on does not turn on. Already replaced scan flex cable still the same problem.
no error code. reset engine error same problem.
on service mode what is the code to test the Scan Lamp output test.
