Trouble with a CLC2620 maschine with DADF-K1

Hello folks,

i have really trouble with this copier.

if i copy single sheets over the feeder it is ok, but if i try to copy maybe 5 sheets during the feeder it jams always with 0047 code.
and it makes sometime strange noises like if something is blocked or so...

i changed the the DADF-K1 several times from other machines but same problem
i changed the copyboard (reader) with one from other machine, because if i looked inside during copy over the feeder it looks like if the lamp moves not correctly.. but iam not sure.

please i need help. what information do you need?

i don´t know futher what i can do.

Paper delivery sensor (SR5) didn’t turn OFF after paperwas conveyed 50 mm after document trailing edge passedpaper delivery sensor (SR5).

Inspect sensor SR5 and reverse paper delivery motor (M3).

Maybe DC controller have issue.Try upgrade firmware.

I put this sensor out and put it in again.. clean the feedrollers and now it seems to work ..
bur machine have some other trouble points...
