    iRA C3320 error E025-0410

    read several threads about this, replaced C/K bottle drive assembly, fault returned 2 days later

    any tips please?

    edit: found the problem, there's a locking plate underneath the bottle drive assembly and it was preventing the toner drive gear from engaging with the bottle - silly me
