Canon IR C3080 Progress Bar not Moving

    Hello,
A customer called me and told me that his IR C3080 screen showed a dark screen instead of getting ready for work. Upon checking I saw that the progress bar starts but does not move further. I've attached a picture of it.
I removed and cleaned the two memory sticks on the main PCB. I checked to see if there is sign of the HDD not working and it seems to be working fine.
Please it has been a while since I worked on a problem that had to deal with the main controller PCB on other models.
I'm presently short of clues. Kindly give any more suggestions that can help me to move forward.

I'm so grateful. I will check that and see what happens.
